Please be aware that Savvy Physical Therapy does not accept any insurance plans.
However, many of my patients have out-of-network benefits through their insurance provider and have been reimbursed between 50-80%.
I can provide a statement for you that you can submit to your insurance provider to attempt to get reimbursed. While this has worked for many people, I can make no guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you or not.
