One-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy

I only see one patient at a time, so you will have my full attention.

Most often, I recommend 6 appointments over 6 weeks to break bad movement habits, build strength and control, and ensure your body adapts to the changes we’re making—so you can stay better, longer.
